Excellent experience today buying running shoes to get back into running. Very knowlegable and helpful staff helped me get shoes that i am very happy with.

I am so glad I found Kinisi. I wanted to invest in some running shoes but needed advice on correct fit. Jamie was great and was very patient and knowledgeable. The movement analysis was really interesting and I was sent a copy afterwards.

Visited Kinisi from West Wales as there are no specialist retailers nearby.
It was well worth the journey and I was attended to by Jamie. Following the gait analysis, he explained the foot scan in detail.
I then tried on four different pairs of running trainers.
Based on the feedback I provided, Jamie then fetched another pair which met my needs precisely- they were quite responsive and not too cumbersome on my feet. I also bought a pair of insoles to give some additional arch support as my arches are quite low.

I had an appointment with Megan today to get some trainers so that I can start training for the London marathon. She was so lovely, took her time explaining everything & nothing was too much trouble. The shop was really lovely, a fab selection of trainers, and every customer who walked through door was greeted and looked after too. We will definitely be back when I need a few pair.
