Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable. No hard sell, just walked me through the process and took as much time as I needed. I think the movement analysis was definitely worth doing to ensure the correct fit and type of shoe.

It was well worth the journey and I was attended to by Jamie. Following the gait analysis, he explained the foot scan in detail.
I then tried on four different pairs of running trainers.
Based on the feedback I provided, Jamie then fetched another pair which met my needs precisely- they were quite responsive and not too cumbersome on my feet. I also bought a pair of insoles to give some additional arch support as my arches are quite low.
Great customer service and a good range of shoes.
